On 30th of April, ENV.net project awarded a sub-grant to the Centre of Media Activities.
The Centre for Media Activities from Skopje, that is running the platform of activism and that is issuing the street paper “Lice v lice”, is calling citizens to participate in the call for creative works (posters, photos, drawings, digital art…) “Face to face with my environment”. The works should represent the citizen`s reactions to the environmental issues, towards building a better and greener society.
The deadline is 9th of June and it is aimed to all citizens that are enthusiastic and proactive and that are willing to create works and to contribute to raising environmental awareness.
All the works should be sent via mail to email@example.com, not later than June 9th 2014, in print resolution (at least 300 dpi). Along with the work, the participants to this call should also send a short info about the specific work, as well as their name and telephone contact. The call applies to all the citizens of Republic of Macedonia.
The first selection of the works (selected by jury) will be announced on June 11th on the fb page of Lice v lice. After this, the citizens, fb users will vote for the best three works – by liking their favourites.
The final selection will be part of an exhibition that will be opened in July in Skopje, and they will be published in the 11. edition of the street paper.
